Booking Policy

At Impact Construction Sudbury, we value your request and are committed to providing the best possible service. We will do our utmost to accommodate your consultation needs and ensure a smooth process. Please review the following policy to help us serve you effectively. 1. Booking & Confirmation: All consultation bookings are confirmed upon payment and are subject to review. We may assess the request to ensure it aligns with our scope of services. Appointment details will be sent via email once confirmed. 2. Preparation of the Site: To facilitate accurate measurements and assessments, we kindly ask that the areas to be consulted are cleared of any obstacles or clutter. This includes furniture, decorations, and any other items that may hinder our ability to evaluate the space effectively. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Customer: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of any payments made. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations at any time. If we need to do so, the customer will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where the consultation is canceled by us or when the customer provides proper notice (24 hours in advance) for cancellation. 6. Scope Review: We reserve the right to review all consultation requests to ensure they fit within our expertise. If a request falls outside our scope, we will notify the customer and issue a refund if applicable. 7. Staff Availability: The availability of staff is not guaranteed at the time of booking. In some cases, staff may be unable to leave the jobsite unattended to proceed with the consultation. If this occurs, we will reschedule the consultation or offer a full refund.
